We traveled for 15 days with our England pass. Everything was perfect, we probably used it almost every day. It is very easy to use and the staff at every station was always very helpful. This is great value for money, especially since you can use it several times during the day and change your mind quickly about your destination. It was a life saver during a truly unforgettable trip.

The pass is really excellent value if you are travelling long distances; especially if you are travelling at peak times when regular tickets are very expensive. It is well worth while buying the 1st Class pass if you are travelling long distances and the 1st class seats are usually at the London end of the trains. In four days I traveled on 12 different trains from London to the Welsh border, Hertfordshire, Norfolk, and Kent.

On advice from friends I purchased a BRITRAIL ENGLAND FLEXIPASS for approximately $425aus. However I found when I validated this at Waterloo on my arrival in London, I had more than paid over the odds for the amount of rail travel I actually had intended doing (Lon to Brum, Brum to Lon via stop at Banbury, Lon Stansted and back, and final trip to Gatwick) point being, no information available on how much I would have paid normally if I had just waited and organised a senior flexi pass in London. While my pass was great while in UK, I would have got better value if I had done a couple of tips from Lon to Edinburgh and back, twice - Michael

The Mobile pass was awesome & practical. Good and friendly service. I was only surprised that all trains don't have a "standard" 1st class offer... some had standard seats in a "1st class section" without service. Other had 1st class seats without service and other with regular seats but with service. I wish I found the full package all at once but didn't unfortunately! But service when available was spectacular and 10/10! Cheers 🙂

Best way to travel by train
The pass is the best way to use the trains. Trains can be very expensive depending on the time of day and the pass is a no hassle way to just walk on without lining up. UK trains are much better than we are used to in North America, they are frequent and fast.

Best Deal You Can Find
I use the 3-day flexi-pass every time I fly to the UK. I add an optional Heathrow Express ticket. I'm LHR > Paddington (one use) > somehow to King's Cross > York (a second use) and back again in about 2 weeks' time. Excellent value compared to buying in-country. A bit pricey vs. buying Heathrow Express outright, but not by much. I'm a quiet coach user on the trains north and south. You need to pick a seat with no ticket stub in the top, and, most people don't want the quiet coach 🙂 so it's easy to find a seat there. Wi-Fi access varies by ease and time allowed by the train you board. Grand Central is grand. Virgin is not.

Great Value and so convenient
It could not have been any easier - from buying a Britrail pass on line to using it as soon as I arrived in London. From Yorkshire to Devon I was able to just show up at the stations and board the next train. So convenient.

Great value
Fantastic value and easy to use. We bought a three day flexible within a month..just make sure you have it stamped on your first day and then record your dates. If you purchase a first class check to see if your train has a first class coach. Also be aware that there is no first class service on the week-ends in England. The passes arrived in two days!!!! We could hop and and off trains all day long which came in handy while touring the English Riviera.

Easy & Value
Great value & easy to use. I used the All England Pass on my last 3 visits to the UK. You avoid ticket office cues, get on or off the train (at stations of course LOL) at will. Being able to use Mersey Rail & the Heathrow Express was a definite plus. I highly recommend this product!
