Excelente servicio. Gran ahorro respecto a precios de los billetes normales. La reserva de asientos los haciamos un dia antes en la estacion y nunca tuvimos problemas.

Excellent value for money especially when comparing to ordinary fares. The M Pass is great but the PDF is a little inconvenient as when you rotate your phone to scan at the gate it often rotates the pass. Please look at making it compatible with Apple Wallet (or Google Wallet). I will be returning in October and have decided next time to splurge on the first class pass. The rail service in the UK is fantastic.

The value in these tickets is flexibility. We always get the paper ticket as the gates have issues with reading the phones. I would highly recommend getting first class. First time we got standard and had several trips that were standing room only. Never had this issue again using first class (and they give you drinks and food on the long haul trips). You can just hop on and hop off any train you like and go where you like without having to plan other than knowing which trains have first class (not all do).

We have used them for many years when visiting Britain. 1. Unlike Europeans, North Americans, with good reason, don't think "train". Railways in Europe are widespread, quick, clean and frequent. Roads, especially in Britain, are often slow, clogged and exasperating. 2. BritRail is a great way to get out of London - in all directions. In fact, it allows you to stay outside the capital where accommodation costs are much lower - that alone can pay for a pass. 3.The choice of trains is colossal and offers lots of opportunities to see places that might otherwise take too long to get to. 4.Someone else is doing the driving - you're on vacation! 5. No lining up to buy / print tickets. Just walk straight to the platform. 6. A negative: the last couple of times the M-pass often was not recognized by the ticket scanners. Annoying. You may wind up showing it to the ticket collector instead. This issue needs to be addressed. 7. Lastly, if you plan to take long journeys, consider the first class option. If just pottering around London, many local trains have unremarkable first class accommodation or have none at all.

Excellent product and first-rate service from ACP. I have been buying my passes from ACP every summer for about seven years. WeI buy the first class passes which are amazingly good value when you get a child completely free! And if you catch them when there is one of the 15% off sales - even better. Our eldest just turned 18 and this year got a young person's pass. You can make seat reservations for a small charge, but we always find the Unreserved Coaches have space. The beauty of the passes is you do not have to book in advance. You can also use the first class lounges at the station - Euston has a lovely one, upstairs, with great coffee and snacks to keep the kids happy! One year I had to return an unused pass, which they did for me quickly and efficiently. This year they knocked it out of the park - I inadvertently cut it very fine between ordering and departure date (I was expecting to be able to select the 2-day FedEx option but it wasn't available). I emailed them my oops, and they shipped out both my tickets the very same day - I just emailed to ask and they did it a few hours later and sent me a nice email to confirm. They are very helpful and friendly on email, and always informative. Overall I would say this is a great product - the BRITRAIL pass is much less expensive than buying tickets at the station when you haven't reserved months in advance, and ACPRail are a great outfit, with excellent service. I haven't tried the M-passes yet but I may go that route next year.

When I bought my pass (Paper) for planned-limited use I realized the pass cost was similar to the planned separate rail trips if I purchased them in advance. I could have got more value from the pass if I did more travel however I needed only 3 specific train rides. The pass did help in flexibility when one train segment was altered due to track maintenance and I had take 2 different legs around the maintenance spot so I simply had to show the pass instead of explaining why a specific ticket was valid on a different route due to maintenance. The trains I traveled on were crowded and though I paid for a non-first calss reserved seat, its side was at a blank wall instead of a window...I couldn't change seats even though I had the non-first class pass because all other seats were occupied. For my itinerary, the pass was about as good as having bought precise tickets, however I can understand how other non-UK based rail travelers would get a lot more value than I did.

Excellent product. Mixed experience on the different Trains. First class pass: London to York on LNER - Excellent service. York to Exeter on Cross Country - Food disappointing! Exeter to London on SE Railways - Food trolley non-existent!

Splurged on 1st class Britrail passes and wow was that worth it! Didn't really have to plan our trips ahead at all. Used the Trainline app to see which upcoming trains had 1st class on them, then just walked on. Plenty of roomy seats and lots of space for our luggage, even while on some trains the other cars were packed and standing room only. Got free tea, soft drinks, cookies and cake every time, and even free sandwiches on some trains. One train the tea was in china cups! So relaxing. Would 100% choose 1st class again in future.
