The BritRail England Consecutive Pass can now be downloaded directly to your phone saving you any shipping fees. The M-Pass lets you skip the ticket line by easily scanning the barcode where you can then enter the train platform. This pass has a printable PDF format in case of loss or theft.

  • Airport Express
  • Some trains in Great Britain do not have 1st class accommodations. The price of 1st class passes have been adjusted to reflect this.
Pass Delivery
  • This pass is printed on official railway ticket paper that will be shipped to you. You can select from the available shipping options during checkout. Please allow sufficient time to receive your pass before your departure.
Seat Reservations
  • A seat reservation is optional but recommended in order to guarantee a seat on a specific train and time. Reserve a seat.
Note: Passengers who wish to upgrade a Standard Class BritRail Pass to First Class will need to pay the difference in excess between the Standard and First Class Ordinary Fare for the leg of the journey that has not been taken. This may be paid at the ticket office before boarding the train or to the ticket inspector on the train.

Good service, convenient and best way to discover Great BritainYasmin ,GermanyJanuary 27, 2013
My husband and I visit London almost every year. We always buy two first class Britrail or England passes and up-to now have seen most of Great Britain and have enjoyed all our train journeys..We like the first class lounges especially at Paddington Station. Also we like the onboard service of all the train companies and enjoy the meals offered by Virgin trains. Our last visit was in November 2012 to London. We stayed in a five star hotel close to Heathrow airport. Our first class England passes entitled us to travel to Paddington station by heathrow express, the journey lasted only 15 minutes and we made a couple of trips to central London for shopping. I can only recommend Britrail because you pay less buying the passes outside England and also you save time standing in queues at the Britidh rail counters.

We chose to buy a Consecutive Pass instead of a Flexible Pass. Of course it is more expensive, but you don't have to decide for what type of travel you want to spend it on and you don't end up on spending it on a trip which doesn't cost a fortune at the end of your holiday. Furthermore, you can decide at the last moment where you want to go to. This is a big advantage in the unpredictable English weather.

Hassle free way to pre-purchase rail ticket from Australia. First class carriage is the way to go for only a little extra. Seniors discount a bonus. Highly recommended.

I missed information in connection with ordering the rail pass that I did not have to fill in in advance when my first day of travelling was to make the system work. It could be that it was written somewhere, but I did not come across it when I logged on to the webpage. Esben Rojel

This pass is worth it..I repeat: worth it! if you plan to travel outside of London. It allows you to hop off and on the rail trains anytime & anywhere (depending on the boundaries of your ticket eg. All of great Britain but not Scotland). I was very upset that I lost my pass somewhere in Oxford on the 2nd day of my trip. I had many more days left on it. I should have bought the protection plan...ultimately I would definetly get this again but this time w the protection plan.

Have you seen the roads in Cornwall?Pam ,CanadaJanuary 26, 2013
If you have, you will know why it is a good idea to travel that area by train. My husband and I took the train from Paddington Station to St. Ives during the summer of 2012. St. Ives was our starting point for walking a portion of the Southwest Coast Path. We were able to walk to the Lizard and with a small bus journey we were able to get back on a train to Oxford, take a day trip to Bath and return to Paddington Station on a 4 day within 2 months BritRail pass. It was so easy, so relaxing (I can't imagine driving on the other side of the road, especially in Cornwall) and a great way to see a lot of countryside. The trains are amazingly frequent, comfortable and convenient. The train to St. Ives is very popular, so I would advise reserving a seat ahead of time. We plan to do another section of the Southwest Coast Path and we will use the BritRail pass again. We loved it.

My brother and I used the BritRail pass last summer when we traveled around the county. We loved it. It was less expensive than buying tickets separately and also gave us the flexibility to stay longer or leave earlier from our destinations because we could ride any train at any time. Would definitely do it again

We booked the rail pass for a trip from London to York.The rail trip and the service was excellent and there were good connections throughout the journey. However, the transfer from the airport to the right BR terminal in London with the underground was a bit difficult with luggage, in addition you have to buy the tube ticket before.Overall we would book the BR Pass again for a trip in GB.
